<li>500 gram champignon uden rod</li>
<li>4 dl portvin</li>
<li>1 liter fløde</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>Peber</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Opskrift:</strong></p>
<p>Løg snittes i tern. Champignon renses og skæres i skiver.</p>
<p>Løg sauteres sammen med champignon. Portvinen tilsættes. Saucen koges ind (reduceres) til det halve. Fløden tilsættes og koges ind &#8211; indtil den ønskede konsistens opnås.</p>
<p>Saucen smages til med salt og peber.</p>

<li>½ tsk fintrevet citronskal</li>
<li>1 tsk. kardemomme</li>
<li>3 dl mælk</li>
<li>3 æg</li>
<li>75 g smør</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><strong>Opskrift:</strong></strong></p>
<p>Bland mel, sukker, salt, citronskal og kardemomme. Pisk mælken i lidt ad gangen. Sørg for at der ikke er klumper i dejen. Æg tilsættes. Smøret smeltes og tilsættes. Lad dejen hvile i ca. ½ time.</p>
<p>Bag pandekagerne ved jævn varme til de er lysebrune på begge sider.</p>

<p><strong>Opskrift:</strong></p>
<p>Skyl blommerne, halver dem og fjern stenene.</p>
<p>Kom blommerne i en gryde sammen med vand. Massen bringes langsomt i kog. Tilsæt de øvrige ingredienser. Lad det simre blidt indtil blommerne er ved at koge ud (ca. 20 minutter).</p>
<p>Fjern urenheder i overfladen med en hulske.</p>
<p>Hæld marmeladen på rene skoldede glas og luk glassene til.</p>

<li>1 tsk. citronsaft</li>
<li>½ tsk. reven citronskal af usprøjet citron</li>

<p><em>Til bunden af det ildfaste fad:</em></p>
<ul>
<li><em>Smør </em></li>
<li><em>1 spsk. rasp</em></li>
</ul>
<p><em>Overfladedrys:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>1 tsk. rørsukker</li>
<li>2 tsk. stødt kanel</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Tilbehør:</em></p>
<p>1,5 dl fløde</p>
<p><strong>Opskrift:</strong></p>
<p>Tænd ovnen på 175 grader.</p>
<p>Kom alle ingredienser til dejen i foodprocessoren og kør dem til en smuldrende dej.</p>
<p>Æblerne skylles, skrælles og skæres i mindre stykker. Æblerne blades grundigt med de øvrige ingredienser til æblemassen.</p>
<p>Smør et ildfast fad med smør og drys rasp i bunden. Læg æblemassen i fadet og fordel smuldredejen henover. Drys kanelsukker (overfladedrys) øverst. Kagen skal bages i ca. 1 time.</p>
<p>Kagen serveres lun eller afkølet med flødeskum til.</p>

<p>Kagen opbevares under film så den ikke bliver tør.</p>

<p>Fjern blade, rankestumper og smådyr fra bladene. Undgå at skylle bærerne.</p>
<p>Bring vand, citronsaft og sukker i kog. Giv bærerne et opkog i sukkerlagen og tag derefter bærerne op med en hulske. Kog blidt saften ind til det halve. Kom bærerne i gryden igen og lad det lige akkurat koge op igen før syltetøjet hældes på rene skoldede glas. Glassene lukkes til med det samme.</p>

<p>Syltetøjtet opbevares i køleskab.</p>
